The battle to get an entrance code, We waited 1h35 mins before we got in and after so many calls and messages to the host. The WIFI was not working and lied to by the host saying she sorting it out and she will give feedback and none
ZAIt was clean.
The front door was not lockable. The electricity got finished and couldn’t get hold of the manager or owner at the time . Only got assistance in the morning ,while forced to go to bed due to the finished units.

Poor service from the host,we had to ask for things it's like they didn't prepare for our arrival 😕 as for entering the estate 😢 it was not user friendly
ZAThe place is very clean and all the bedrooms are fitted with quality linen. The host was very efficient and was able to respond to us timeously. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is kitted with all necessary items. The level of safety at Pecanwood is very high making you feel secure at all times. The views are awesome! I am definitely coming back here again.
Entry with the codes causes a bit of confusion, if they can look into using the facial recognition which doesn't require access codes.
ZAZAZAThere were leaks in one bedroom upstairs and on one of the balconies. My son had to move from his room due to water leaking on his bed. The sliding doors at the front of the house have not been maintained and are very difficult to open and close. The lights for the upstairs kept tripping until the lady was called and assisted, this was in morning. The entire upstairs area had a foul smell from what seems to be a plumbing issue. This house is in poor condition and I would not recommend.
