Location, decor, facilities, comfort, light and airy rooms, price, great public transport links,

Lacked blackout curtains, lounge cushions, blanket, bedding didn't feel clean. The kitchen floor was sticky, when we spoke to the owner there was no apology just a mention of where the cleaning things were stored for us to do - a sorry changes everything all the time. Very very noisy workmen above - all day. TV needs instructions.

Apartment was clean and comfortable. It was a nice place to stay for a few days. Everything is on the doorstep.

Perfect central location. Easy 10 minute walk from the station. Quiet at night despite being in the centre of Darlington; no traffic noise. Very well equipped kitchen. Modern decor with a few tastefully chosen objects and furnishing to make you feel at home. Spotlessly clean, looks new. Katie responded to questions immediately and it is obvious she has put a lot of thought and effort into the presentation of the apartment.

I would have appreciated a reading light above the bed. The 'Free Parking' should be amended to 'Free parking after 6pm.' The various flights of stairs were no problem to me, but could be difficult for people with a lot of luggage.

Spotlessly clean, excellent communication with Landlady and made to feel at home.
