El nulo-escaso aseo de todo el lugar. Las toallas y sábanas lucían desaseadas y descuidadas. No había jabón en el baño.

"Très beau séjour au Cinco hôtel, je le recommande à tous"

Le personnel était vraiment très gentil, souriant et serviable. Les déjeuner inclus étaient délicieux et le jardin où on mange est magnifique, ça donne l’impression d’être dans un eco-lodge et non un hôtel-boutique en plein cœur d’une ville.

Notre chambre donnait sur la rue et c’était bruyant tôt le matin.

The staff were incredibly kind and went out of their way to make everything easy for us, even though we have no Spanish and communication wasn’t always simple. Doris was amazing and even organised a hair appointment for me at a wonderful salon. The hotel itself is a beautiful little oasis, like a resort in Bali, tucked into the middle of a noisy, busy city. The food was excellent, we had dinner there one night and breakfast was unbelievable. PS one of the best showers of our entire trip !!!

At times communication could be a little challenging due to the language barrier (let's face it - it's on us as we don't speak Spanish) but the staff always handled it with patience and kindness.
