The property is in a great location - very central, just a 2 minute walk to Sol tube station. Check-in was very easy with the door codes being sent by email shortly before. The room was clean and the facilities were good.

With the central location, comes a lot of noise! On Saturday night, it went on until about 3am, although the other evenings were much quieter. Despite knowing that there were going to be 3 of us in the apartment, there was no second duvet or pillowcase for the sofabed so my adult daughter had to make some sort of bed up with the four spare sheets available and she was cold in the night. There was washing up liquid available but no sponge or cloth, making washing-up difficult. Others must have had the same problem as the plates and cups weren't very clean when we got there. There's a washing machine but no laundry detergent provided. Funnily enough, there were dishwashing tablets in the cupboard, but no dishwasher! All communication was in Spanish, which was mostly ok as emails have a 'translate' option. The problem was with the contract we had to sign which was in an attachment. An email request for the English version ended with the same Spanish attachment being sent. We finally managed to get it translated in ChatGPT, but it was a lot of unnecessary bother.

The location is perfect, really in the city center. The kitchen is well equiped, the room is nice.

The owners contacted me only in spanish even if I have repeatedly told I dont speak spanish. The bathroom was really dirty and there was only one duvet for 3 people and we were asked for another one but never got it. The apartment is really noisy but this is not the fault of the owners, I just warn you to bring some earplugs for the nights.

Stabile sprovvisto di ascensore, unico contatto con i proprietari i messaggi per ricevere i codici di accesso!!! Viaggiando con una bimba di 10 mesi La nostra priorità era avere una culla in camera non presente al nostro arrivo, è stata più volte richiesta, ma non ci è stata mai portata. Costretti a dormire a tre in un letto di una piazza e 1/2, non tanto sicuro per una bimba!! Appartamento fornito di soli due teli doccia e una asciugamano viso, Più volte abbiamo richiesto quantomeno un telo per la bimba, ma ci è stato risposto che il telo spettava solo agli ospiti, assurdo per 4.giorni non ci hanno portato un asciugamano!!!!!!! Per di Più ci hanno anche tentato di entrare in camera, avvisato il proprietario se n'è fregato!! In casa è presente un gradino pericolosissimo

La ubicación muy céntrica y muy cómodo para visitar y desplazarse por el centro de Madrid. No hizo falta ni coger el metro para desplazarnos. La habitación muy cómoda.
