Céntrico Plaza España - Gran Vía II

Location and hospitality

Convenient location very near Gran Via and Plaza España, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Apartment is complete, clean and comfortable, with air-condition which is not really common but very much needed especially going into summer. Host was easy to communicate with and met us to turn over the key and show us the apartment and facilities. We did not have to wait, the host arrived on time. Because of our schedule we were always eating out with friends and did not have to cook, but having a kitchen and dining area is very practical and a good way to save on food expenses. Apartment has a lift so bringing large luggage is not difficult, although there is a short staircase to reach the lift.

While the location is convenient, the street itself can seem a bid dodgy and noisy especially late at night, but still okay, not intolerable. Might also be hard to access directly by car and park nearby because of the restrictions entering central Madrid.

Location ia great

Unfortunately, during my stay there was a significant amount of noise coming from the surrounding area. There appeared to be a dog either in the same building or in a nearby building that barked frequently, including during the night. In addition, I often heard people speaking very loudly in the stairwell or nearby common areas, sometimes late in the evening.

During the weekend outside crowd may be laud

Sinceramente la ubicación es inmejorable 100%, a media cuadra un carrefur (super) junto un minisuper latino y chino, a media cuadra abajo la gran via mega cerca del palacio, jardines, realmente todoooo mi único uber fue al retiro. El lugar es mega limpio, la atención buenísima fui en semana sana y el ruido en policías estaba cañón 1 de los 5 dias que estuve, en general si se escucha el ruido de afuera, no tiene blackout los cuartos que para mi estuvo bien para el tema del jetlag me ayudó, tiene elevador lo cual es increible. Sin duda alguna si regreso a madrid me quedo de nuevo yo viaje con 1 niña de 2 años, una de 5 mi esposo y yo!! Tiene lavadora y amablemente te dejan el jabón y suavizante, te dejan 4 capsulas de cafe y como 10 sobres de te, azucar tiene todo equipado para cocinar, refrigerador 10/10
