Spa un po’ troppo cara per gli ospiti albergo

This hotel stands out in the whole Sila region for the quality of the premises, but above all the standard of service which I would rate 5 stars. In particular, the quality of the food is extremely high. The spa is top.

The Hyle restaurant was a very nice surprise. The Michelin star (1) is well deserved. The food is fantastic, creative and with a touch of playfulness. Service is at the same level, attentive and well coordinated. The breakfast was also of top quality, well made with a number of choices.

Maintenance in the rooms could be better. Burn marks on the toilet seat, a sliding door to the bathroom that won’t close (slides back to the open position). The telephone does not work and should either be replaced or removed.

Unable to access to the spa due to late working time. Would be sweet if the spa had extended hours

The location was great albeit there is not much around the area. The facilities like the indoor swiming pool and spa centre was good. The Bistro is a good place for breakfast and Dinner. Lunch is not served.

Considering that is hardly any other place in the vicinity There should be a small lunch service available. Also the rooms should be equipped with a minimum of a kettle to make your own tea
