3 bed house near York centre with off road parking

Secure parking on driveway. Close to Uni Campus (we were moving our son in). Plenty of space and nicely decorated. Quiet location.

Nothing not to like. It's a short drive into the centre - probably a bit too far to walk but we were there for Uni move in so didn't have time to do that anyway!!

Minor issue. Bathroom door didn’t lock and water pressure low so shower not the best

The location was good. Home was clean. Price was also good.

The water pressure was not good ın the bathroom, it altogather goes zero ıf somebody opens a tap downstairs. And there was not enough trash bin bag .

Really lovely house, with fantastic amenities such as dishwasher and washing machine to name a few. Off street parking, beautiful garden, and within a 20-30 min walk into the city or a short 7-10 min bus ride. Bus stop 2 min walk from house. Also a mini supermarket in the close. 2 large double rooms and a single room. We were 3 ladies on a weekend break away to visit York. Very comfortable and overall a wonderful stay.

The host was very accommodating and when we arrived early with our little one she let us check in earlier, the house has such an amazing atmosphere and it really is a home away from home. It was so warm and cozy. Loved seeing all the birds and squirrels whilst eating our breakfast and close to a nice little spar and a short walk into York. Very quite cul-de-sac, definitely plan to come back with all the kids.

The mattress is very firm but that's preference and the water pressure was really really low.

Location, quietness, clean and very comfortable. Excellent communication with the host. A proper home from home

Perfect location for a stay in York. We are a family of 5 and this completely met our needs. The property was clean and tidy and the complimentary milk and biscuits were very much appreciated after a long drive. Great to have 2 toilets and the parking was exceptional
