Rules too strict and not well communicated. Very quick to impose fines. This dampened our stay

Lack of hot water. First night nothing. No emergency numbers, not able to talk to anyone until Monday 9am so all in all, started on a bad foot. R'n'R need to post numbers for such cases in the house. No listed numbers answered being the weekend, in fact didn't even ring until Monday morning when a recording comes on to list such numbers. Clearly phones were disconnected over Sunday. No emails were answered. I will certainly not book using this company again.

We Waited for an hour at the gate because of Erin the host. We didn't have electricity. Invector was not working Our host Erin was very rude The host will try to take your deposit buy blaming you for breakages that didn't happen, plz take pics of everything. Plz just take a look at the list of accusations which are untrue. I requested a check list from Erin and a person to be present when checking in and checking out but that didn't happen as promised( proof attended)
