Pues me parece un problema que la vecina del al lado estaba todo el di pendiente y no tie es prkvacidad y ademas con tres o cuatro perros ladrando es isoportable y la picina te cortas en los pies tienes que tener cuidado y encima me quieren cobrar 150€ mas poraue dicen que tenia perros cuando no es asin yo no tengo animales

GBThe views were lovely - 3 terraces overlooking the sea - fantastic! And we enjoyed the sauna. Pretty quiet property with 2 on site parking spaces. It’s a semi-detached property in a gated complex with mostly Spanish householders, not tourists, which we liked. We come to this region of Andalucia every year, and enjoy sightseeing and walking, all very accessible from this location.
Lots of info/rules sent 2 days before - maybe worth sending a little earlier, as most people are quite busy just before a holiday, so don’t have time to read in detail. The upstairs bedroom is open plan (no door), so if you are a light sleeper (disturbed by sounds and light), maybe bring ear plugs and eye mask (I had both).
DEMan hat wirklich von allen drei Etagen, die jeder einen Balkon/Terasse hat, eine fantastische Aussicht aufs Meer. Somit haben wir jeden Morgen erstmal mit dem Frühstück den Blick genossen. Die beiden Gastgeber sind super gut zu erreichen, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend: Nachdem am ersten Morgen keine Kaffemaschine funktionierte, sind unsere Gastgeber sofort gekommen, um das Problem zu beheben. Auch ein paar gute Tipps haben wir bekommen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Tatsache, dass es 3 Duschen/Toiletten gibt, ist super komfortabel. Man hört etwas von der Nachbarwohnung, aber nie störend. Swimmingpool und Sauna, für die man eine kleine extra Gebühr wegen erhöhtem Stromverbrauch im Voraus zahlt, haben wir beides nicht genutzt. Die Gebühr war aber schon überwiesen und wurde mir sofort anstandslos zurücküberwiesen. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ins Umland.
Die Parkplatzsituation, ein stark abfallendes Parkplatzgelände und dementsprechend steiles Abfahren am Berg zum Wegfahren, was im Vorfeld von einigen Nutzer negativ erwähnt wurde, ist zwar nicht super komfortabel aber zumindest im Sommer ohne Probleme zu meistern.
DEGeräumiges Haus in bester Lage mit traumhaftem Meerblick, Pool und Sauna. Windgeschützte Terrassen auf 3 Ebenen und jedes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad. Sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. La Herradura ist fussläufig bergab zu erreichen und wirklich netter Ort mit tollen Restaurants
ESWhat a lovely four days we spent in this house. The direct sea view from all the terraces is wonderful. Communication with the hosts was very easy; they responded quickly and provided clear instructions for entering the house. The parking space right next to the house is a real added value. There are three spacious bedrooms with perfectly prepared beds and more than enough towels. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a dishwasher and washing machine, which was very convenient. Outside, everything was also well arranged. We enjoyed having lunch at the large table, relaxing on the lounge chairs by the heated swimming pool. We stayed at the end of February, and the children loved swimming every day. We highly recommend this place.
