Shamrock Breeze Villa: Coastal Haven for 29 Guests

Unfortunately, our experience at this homestay was extremely disappointing and did not justify the price paid. The biggest issue was the cleanliness. As soon as we entered, there was a strong unpleasant smell throughout the house, as if the property had been left unused and unmaintained for a long period of time. The house was dirty upon arrival, with dust, dirt, and stains visible throughout the property. The bedsheets, mattresses, and sofa were stained, and we even found lizard droppings on the beds, which was completely unacceptable and raised serious concerns about hygiene. The bathrooms were also not cleaned properly and did not meet basic cleanliness standards. The air conditioners appeared to have not been cleaned for a long time. When switched on, dust fell from the units and spread around the room, making the environment uncomfortable and unhygienic. Safety was another concern. When we entered the property, multiple doors and windows had been left open, including the fourth-floor balcony, which was wide open and potentially dangerous. Several facilities were not functioning properly. The bathroom lights were not working, making it difficult to use the bathrooms safely. The television also did not function properly, and there was little to no entertainment provided for guests. Customer service was equally disappointing. We contacted the host to request cleaning assistance due to the poor condition of the property, but no one was sent and the issue was not addressed. Overall, the property was poorly maintained, lacked cleanliness, had multiple maintenance issues, and provided very poor service. For the amount charged, this homestay was absolutely not worth the price. The condition of the property made it feel neglected and unprepared for guests. I would not recommend this homestay to future visitors.
