"Bad"

1.0

When i arrived there were no bed sheets, towels, toiletry set, breakfasts that i paid, internet. They didn’t answer my calls, I spent the entire night talking to customers service. They don’t have a patio. I couldn’t sleep there, it was the worst night. Strongly don’t recommend it.

"Lot of potential but humidity kills your stay somehow"

5.0

Cave room carved out of rock, lots of potential

Very humid. We had wet beds despide de 24/7 running dehumidifiers. A/C units do not seem charged and just act as fan. Bathroom is dated and the shower/jacuzzi unit needs to be replaced and improved.

"Nights in a Sassi Suite Cave."

9.0

The location was perfect. Close to main squares which means less stairs to climb. Staying in a cave suite is an experience like no other I have ever had before. Right next door was a yoga studio which I did not find out until the evening before our departure.

The humidity was high so we felt the dampness in our cloths and sheets. This is to be expected if you are in a cave dwelling. Part of the experience. There were dehumidifiers and fans that helped. We were there for 3 nights and would have liked more towels because they were slow to dry.

"Beautiful to look at but an uncomfortable stay - too damp and hard to shower."

5.0

The wow factor when you walk in lives up to the pictures - it's a unique experience, very roomy, they had tea and coffee facilities, and it was very beautiful, but...

The cave was incredibly humid to the point our clothes in our suitcase still felt damp at our next stop. Two dehumidifiers were running but not up to task and one started leaking after our first day. Mosquitos are apparently common this time of year but the netting on the front door was falling off and we were left mosquito calls but no lighter as a 'solve'. The quilts had no covers on them which felt pretty unhygienic, the bath leaked and the shower is almost unusable by anyone taller than 5 foot because of the rock overhanging the bath - water went everywhere from 2 regular adult just trying to take a shower. Also toiletries meant soap - no shampoo or conditioner

"Easy to enter unit! Very special place !"

Huge space - felt like a cozy home away from home

Because it’s a cave it was humid. But they put dryers everywhere to dry it out
