St Maarten 701 a Completely Remodeled Beach Front Condo

Well I had to park my car outside because the swipe keys did not work for the parking in the garage. It was a inconvenience to unload groceries and gifts to take home. I am used to having access to a condo that I lease from companies. In this case my family found out about the inconvenience of the parking. We enjoyed the condo once we were able to get up to it after we got in the building. I was not happy about my family not being able to park in the garage. I used the handicap and they used the 701 parking spot when we were able to park in the garage. We had to wait on people to come to the gate to let us in so we could park in the garage. These properties should be prepared to take care of this matter. This happened two times each night when we went out to eat or shop. I was mad each time this happened. I feel I need to be compensated for this every night inconvenience. It needs to be fixed so other leasers do not have to go through this. One did work then it didn't anymore after that first night. We had three swipe keys. None of them worked right. I am not happy. But was very happy with the condo!
