The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable

The hotel charged you extra for the use of the indoor pool there should have been made clear and precise up front the swimming pool area had people behaving in a non-social manner and the hotel staff did not intervene breakfast was Standard Hotel quality there was nothing special about it at all at this price I would struggle to recommend this hotel was somewhere you could stay

"Very nice hotel and in a prime location."

Hotel was beautiful, very modern and well maintained bar staff was very welcoming and attentive reception staff were very keen to help with a warm manner. Pool was beautiful and very relaxing.

Everything was brilliant except for the cleaners not doing their jobs to the standard the hotel deserves, for example, beds did not get changed at all, hair dryer blow up while it was in use, floors did not get cleaned in the hotel room nor the balcony, glasses from hotel bar that were empty did not get lifted, not much toilet roll was left just a few things that could be worked on
