A Casa di Alice

Nous avons apprécié séjourner chez Casa Di Alice pour son emplacement proche de Ortigia, son stationnement gratuit dans la rue et le petit frigo est un plus.

Les rideaux n'étaient pas occultants. Le lit n'est pas très confortable.

Good location, close to Ortigia. Parking in the courtyard was an added bonus. Nice apartment, very clean. Good communication with owner.

The towels could be better as they were very scratchy. The entrance stairwell needs replastering in places. The soundproofing between the neighbours was very poor. They were arguing during the evening and it was very loud, not what we wanted to hear, fortunately they stopped by bedtime!

The apartment is a very stylish, real Italian home, very clean, the bed is super comfy, there is complimentary tea (and coffee but I did not like the coffee it made), and even a cookie jar(!! I Loved it). Communication with the host was very good (but translator to and from Italian was a must). She gave instructions on how to get in the partment by message, but it was easy. Some other commenters said the house is in a very bad condition - I don't think it is true: it is Sicily, not Switzerland, the house is like any other building in Sicily! :) And the apartment itself is in excellent condition. The host made effort to make you feel good and it shows. Thanks Alice.

The bathroom floor is very slippery when wet, noise from the neighbors, noise from A/C and from refrigerator.

Perfect lacation. Super street food in front of the house.

Location was great, a short walk to Ortigia and also the owner was super friendly, appartment was clean and cozy, well equiped. there was a lot of free parking.

There were a few minor issues with some of the utilities that the previous guests failed to mention to the host. But the host was very nice about it and offered quick solutions.

Perfetto! It was our second stay at Alice`s apartment, the place is nice, in good location, with all you may need. See you next time 😘
