We loved how clean the place was. The owners are so helpful and sweet. They responded quickly. The location of this place was prime! Very clean pool and beach access. I would book again. Be prepared to climb 3 flights of stairs as there are no elevators. The owner stated there is no utensils, plates, cups etc. but that was all supplied when we arrived. Just no toilet paper and paper towels. They had pots and pans. Tupperware. Everything for the kitchen.

Beds and pillows were not great, but it work for our 5 day stay.

The property is located on the beach side of Ocean blvd. it seems to have been recently painted on the inside.

This property is not truly an ocean front or ocean view property. It only has an ocean view from one narrow living room window and a smallish living room balcony. It had no handicapped parking or elevator and DOES NOT ACCOMMODATE ANYONE W DISABILITIES. which none of the extensive paperwork you have to fill out mentions. This was a big problem for my 82 year old mother who had to climb 49 steps each time she went up or down the stairs!! This should be mentioned as a courtesy if for no laws regarding this oversight. The unit has 2.5 baths that are small. The bathtubs lacked stoppers and were not useable as tubs only showers. The kids room bed and a half bunk bed was very uncomfortable, the whole bed sways and moves every time anyone slightly moves. The lower full mattress has a large dip in the middle and was not useable. The top bunk mattress was very hard and ditto on the squeaky rickety metal bunkbed. Also the AC in the unit didn’t work in that “kids” room. One bedroom closet was stuffed with a lot of old rugs, broken items, a large vacuum and old very large bedspreads. These should have been stored in the owners closet. The 3rd kids room has no closet or shower. This was inconvenient for our two guests who unfortunately shared this room. Finally, we had to fill out several forms and had 8-20 pages of paperwork you have to read and fill out AFTER you agree to rent this Non CANCELABLE UNIT. There’s also a $200 deposit required and they nail you for stains on the towels and sheets? First of all, the towels were missing, old, and not new or soft. We only had 2-3 hand towels. There were not enough towels in the unit. It was a joke. Our power kept going out in the bathrooms which had an overloaded circuit. There was not enough parking. The unit fooors and windows were dirty. Lamps in living room missing bulbs and falling apart. Do not rent here. The pool area and outside are rundown and the beach path narrow and difficult to maneuver. Stick with a hotel or a real...
