The pool area shuts at 9pm. I get that the pool itself might close at this time but to not be able to sit in the 'clubhouse' area (when it's the only outdoor space) seems a bit petty.

TRThe security of the facility and the cleanliness of the room were very good.
It's a shame there were no cooking utensils or stovetop in the kitchenette. We also rented a unit with a pool, but we were unable to use it because the pool was under maintenance. (We should have known this beforehand.)
SEWorst location! Off a very busy road. Swimming pool and balcony with a nice view were the reasons I booked the apartment, like it was promised at the bookingsite. The swimming pool was not in use. There was no balcony with a view. I only had a window with a view into a wall. Not properly cleaned when I arrived. Leftovers left in the fridge with flies. There were no towels and no extra bedclothes. I only got that two days after I told them about it

MAIt has a pool
A lot of check points as if you are in a prison. Exaggeration with safety instructions ( request of id , agent ask me where I am going some time, ...) I had a moto cycle , they asked me to pay 300php per night for the parking. I finally park it outside of the building to avoid paying this imaginary fee. No toilet paper. Unclean towel provided. No coffee provided , just some tea bags.
PHAUSmall, but very comfortable room with all you need, very clean, well equipped, great wifi and comfortable bed too... Absolutely fantastic swimming pool about 30m in length, great for laps and kids pool and gym too... Excellent gated security with super friendly, helpful staff... Cheap cabs available to all locations.... I would stay again....thankyou.
Needs a convenience store closeby...maybe l didn't find it ...lol
