Uluwatu Central Villa with Pool, White Moon, 3BR

Great Villa they just have finished renovating the villa and they built the second floor so you get way more than what you pay for. We love it. We will come back, had the best time ever! Construction around didn’t bother us at all. It was super peaceful and we love it!!!

The property manager Agung was VERY attentive. I really can't fault him at all.

Never even got to stay there as we were conveniently told on the day of arrival that it was "under maintenance". When questioned why I wasn't told earlier, I was told something along the lines of sorry that was a mistake. I'm not even sure it exists as everything surrounding where we were "upgraded" to was not built or not finished and when we looked on the maps it pointed to unfinished properties. We were upgraded to the rose moon villa that was half the price on booking.com when I looked on the same day, and when I questioned it, I was told that was an error and the price had since been fixed on the website!! If the white moon villa does exist and is in the vicinity, I would avoid, it's a decent walk to the main streets and there is construction starting at 7am and carrying on until all hours of the evening and no privacy as there is construction workers at every angle. When asking for compensation regarding these issues (plus more but they're specific to the rose moon villa), we were told we would get a 2 night free stay voucher only after leaving a review. I won't be back so holding my compensation to ransom like that isn't benefiting anyone.

Location was great, host attentive

Villa was new but did not feel like it, construction all without any privacy (Workers able to look into it, need to keep blinds closed), Felt like it is designed for show not utility.
