- The host is very helpful and provides free cycling 1hr tours in the neighborhood, which is great opportunity to see local farmers. - His English is also very good, which is not common in Vietnam and he provided many useful information to us. - In addition he organized for us a bus tickets to Saigon (hotel pick up and the bus). - The whole resort looks really nice with a lot of greens and with amazing swimming pool. - You can also order some breakfast/lunch/dinner at the hotel in very good quality and for a reasonable price. The mango smoothie is the best! - There is also possibility to borrow bicycles for free (they are not in great shape though) and rent a scooter for good price.

- there is a very little space in the room to put your luggage and/or things from it - there is a mosquito net available in the room, but you have to do it yourself. It is not very easy and convenient if you do it for the first time and during the night - make sure you hang it during day light so you see all the necessary parts ;)

The Pool is a bit green ,and there's construction happening, which means got woken up by a axle grinder about 7.30 in the morning twice.

Everything! The owner is so nice and helpful and would do anything to make your stay great. The place has an amazing garden all around and the rooms are super cute and clean! They have bikes for free and it's super nice to go around the with them. There is also a restaurant there with really nice food.

Nothing! But FYI the room was quite small so if you have a lot of baggage it might be uncomfortable but in my case it was perfect.

The host was really nice and helpful. The bike tour was great. The environment around is also nice with all the different gardens and crops. The pool was good. The bungalow was really cute.

The bed was pretty hard. We wish there were more comfortable chairs around the pool.

Excellent from the beginning to the end , communication , welcome , accomodation , nice and clean swimmong pool. The owner is very helpful and speaks very good english . Loved the free bicycles to go shopping or drink coffee .

The only difficult thing is that Grab does not know this place . Maybe ask the owner about the best way to reach the homestay .

The kitchen/eatery area was comfortable and relaxing. The pool was so good on a hot day. The host was really lovely and helpful.

The bed was really hard. The pillows were really flat and not supported. The water pressure was terrible. However, given where the property is located it was expected.

Good food. Wonderful environment. The host was very friendly and helpful. The excursion to the ‘unicorn’ island was real surprise delight.

The farm is in a beautiful location and the owner, Tanh, is so friendly and accommodating. We loved the bike ride tour he organizes for guests through the nearby farming community. He even has kid bikes! The property is surrounded by lovely gardens and the kids loved the pool. It is just a short taxi ride into town and Tanh is always happy to arrange a taxi for you, give advice on how to book tours, and answer any and all questions. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Everything was absolutely perfect. The host was very kind and helpful. There is a lovely garden. The service on place is convinient. You can even use the bikes or motocycles of the host. I higly recommand
