The place met expectations, we were there for work and my employees enjoyed the comfort.

We ddnt stay long enough to witness things we wouldn't have liked. All was well or even better than expected.

Cleanliness and comfort!

The girl tried to accommodate us and gave up her bed for the boy who slept in the room that was supposed to have been prepared for us.

We arrived at the property after 3 a.m., traveling from Jozi... we communicated with the owner we will arrive after 2 am. We hooted and called the owner for over 20-30 minutes outside. Only to check in to a one room instead of 2 rooms like we booked. They woke up her child and gave us that room. We wanted to cancel the stay but couldn't find an alternative at that time so we slept. We decided to check out Sunday instead of Monday like we had booked as we not happy with the place the water in the other room was cold. We were also not notified of the power outtage up until we asked since we couldn't charge our phones. The owner was there when we decided to leave she advised us that she will make a refund to us on the 11th for the night we didn't stay till this day she hasn't processed the refund.she is ignoring me and told me this morning that I'm harassing her. She offered to reimburse us now we must follow her around.

The host is very good and easier to get hold of her by phone.

The room for jacuzzi is occupied for a long-term stay I'll advise the host not to advertise it until the stayer finishes stay ...

Everything was cute and clean

The first lady who welcomed me her attitude was not giving , but Nthabi was nice and calm , well mannered.

There's nothing I liked because I didn't even get a chance to go there.

There was no communication prior to changing my booking to another bnb.

Warm welcoming by friendly staff, I had an opportunity to choose a room with a comfortable bed , clean, open space, bar fridge, and aircon was available in the room.

There was no microwave in the room, I had to go to the owner's house and ask for their microwave, but they allowed me to warm up my food.
