It wasn’t nothing I didn’t like

Central location. Cool old building.

Poorly furnished unit. Not enough linens or towels for our group. Paper thin walls where you can hear everything in the next bedroom.

I love the industrial feel and look/layout of the loft

A bit noisy but it’s expected due to it being right in downtown I guess.

The space was spacious and had a lot of room. The game table is a great addition to help bring family together and something extra to do during down time.

The place could be cleaned better. The carpet was not vacuumed, the walls were dirty, and the shower curtain isn't long enough for a shower; therefore, water sprays all on the floor, with no bath mat included. I would recommend bringing your own towels, because there wasn't enough and they do not get restocked like a hotel. The listing clearly indicates no parties, and that you must be quiet between 10pm-7am. There was a huge party with music, smoke, inappropriate language, and yelling that started around 11pm - until 4am the next day. It kept everyone up all night long. We were very disappointed because the booking even indicated that noice during that time would cause the people to loose their room. This was not the case. When you walk into 795 there is a sign that indicates, "No Smoking, Vaping". Our room smelled so bad of cigarette smoke when we arrived that we had to go buy spray for the apartment. During the night other rooms were smoking, because you could smell it all night long. We had to put towels over the vents and window cracks because of how bad it was. If you have respiratory issues do not stay here. There are rules indicated at this apartment, but there is no follow through. I would say you get what you pay for. This is on the cheaper side and much cheaper than renting hotel rooms in the area. For us, we didn't spend a ton of time in the room for the reason for our trip, so it worked. But, we would not stay again or recommend it. The apartment manager was helpful in extending our stay under circumstances that were out of our control, so he was very helpful.

It was spacious. Very cool loft. High ceilings. Large windows. It felt k like a NY city loft. Clean except the floors were sticky. Beds were comfortable. In need of new pillows. Good for 1 night only. Easy access to owner who answers right away when we called. Quiet

Very minimal amenities. No dish towels or dish cloths to use No towel in downstairs bathroom. No bath mat in main bathroom. Minimal dishes especially bowls A few comfortable adult chairs needed

the shower was stopped up..hate talking shower baths .. neighbors wer pretty loud hair on the floors
