La chica que nos atendió es muy agradable y servicial. El sitio tiene aspecto de muy cuidado y la localización es muy buena porque está muy cerca del casco histórico.

goeie locatie mooie ruimtes, voldoende plaats. alles is nieuw en confortabel

De gastvrouw is vriendelijk en doet veel moeite, maar is helemaal niet flexibel. Al van bij het boeken sturen ze berichten om het exacte uur van je aankomst vast te leggen; ook de dagen voor aankomst volgen er nog vragen/berichten en melden ze dat ze er slechts beperkt aanwezig zijn, je moet echt een vast uur van aankomst opgeven +ook nog eens 30 min voor aankomst zeker bellen.. later dan 18u toekomen kan overigens niet !? Bij aankomst krijg je dan direct een papier onder je neus waar je in detail moet op aangeven wat en hoeveel je als ontbijt wil. Bij het ontbijt moet je dan je beurt afwachten tot jouw "afgetelde" broodjes en koffie aan tafel worden gebracht Dat hoort niet bij een relaxte vakantie.

Everything. The staff, the vibe, the rooms, the location and breakfast. It is hand down our favourite hotel stay in all of Toscana and we biked for 8 days, visiting many different villages and hotels. It’s perfecto!

Raramente ho ricevuto un'accoglienza del genere. Ospitalità davvero ottima e pulizia della camera impeccabile. Stanza molto silenziosa e letto/cuscino di qualità. Quando tornerò a Siena sicuramente alloggerò ancora qui.
