Such a lovely, great location. Such thoughtful and kind staff who are attentive and calm, they help beyond means and are a true credit to Siena. As a solo traveller I felt as though I was cared for and appreciated, letting me leave my belongings under their care whilst i explored more, sorting my check in times after travel delays etc. Breakfast was great! Such an easy stay. I will be back i am sure!

Nothing I didn’t like! only add on would be maybe an inside lock on the bedroom door, just for ease of mind to be honest, although you get a key card AND key and are completely safe, it’s just a little thing!

Nos encantó, desde que entramos, un hotel recién remodelado. La atención espectacular, las camas de las habitaciones muy cómodas me quería quedar más tiempo en este hotel. Los baños recién remodelado, se nota el amor en cada detalle. El desayuno muy completo Definitivamente la mejor estadía.
