The latts on the single bed frames need to be replaced, and with better quality ones, I recommend ikea sprung latts. Previous guests have obviously allowed their children to jump on the beds, this is not the owners fault. Excellent quality mattresses!!!

Clean and tidy and staff were quick to reply to any queries
No welcome pack explaining heating use, tv wifi etc and we had a cat on the sofa when we went into property that had climbed in open window and couch was covered in cat hair off it

Good location and reasonable sized comfortable rooms.
Back yard parking area full of rubbish and no dustbins. Bathroom had no towel rails. Only one hand towel supplied for 4 people for 10 days. Nowhere to hang washing to dry. No aerial for TV but rectified the next day. Small bedroom had no sockets to plug table lamps into. The two bedroom house turned out to be a 2 bedroom down-stair apartment. Water leak in the up stairs property meant main bedroom could not be used for 5 days and children had to be taken home overnight.
