Merkeze yakın olması, evin dekorasyonu ve imkanları en iyi özellikleri. Banyosu temiz ve yeniydi. 4. Katta olmasına rağmen asansör var, özellikle pusetli aileler için büyük kolaylık. Otopark imkanı yok ama Fener’in oradaki otoparka park edip biraz yürüyebilirsiniz. Tam gün 16 Euro otopark bedeli var. Kahve tiryakileri için Nespresso kahve makinası var ve kartuş alırsanız istediğiniz kadar içebilirsiniz. Ama uğraşma diyorsanız her yerde çok güzel kahve yapan yerler var.

Salonda klima var ama odada bulunmuyor. O yüzden oda biraz sıcak kalıyor.
