Location was really good, rooms were spacious and clean. Communication with host was great.

It was a little bit noisy due to very busy location.

The apartment is extremely beautiful and clean! It is better than what the photographs show. The location is very good, close to restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. The owners was very nice and polite and always open to our communication. Overall we had a very nice stay and we recommend the property.

Here are some issues we encountered which, if were improved, they would make this property an exceptional place to stay. 1. Guests are expected to unlock and lock an external door when leaving and returning to the property. The key doesn't adjust properly to the lock which meant that we had to spend a long time everyday trying to get in and out. On one occasion a neighbour came to our rescue after she realised we were trying for several minutes to get in. Getting in and out is quite stressful. 2. There is filter coffee available in the apartment but no coffee machine apart from a small individual coffee maker which needs to be placed on the hob to make coffee. Making coffee in the morning for more than one people is difficult and time consuming because (a) each cup has to be prepared individually and (b) it's not easy to reuse the machine after the first use because it is burning hot, and there is not equipment in the kitchen to do so apart from a small towel. Visitors need to be careful not to burn themselves trying to empty the machine to make the next cup of coffee. A simple coffee machine which doesn't require a hob would have made a difference. 3. Only one bath towel per visitor is available but no face towel. 4. There is quite a strong odour in the bathroom, potentially from pipes. 5. Only shower gel is available but no shampoo. If you intend to wash your hair you need to bring your own.

The apartment is an excellent choice since is places near all the public transportation. The main apartment was spacious

Our replacement (fraud ) apartmant was at least clean and quiet with rubish containers near and location was close to the original one.We had decent Wi-Fi connection.

When we arrived they told us we cant get in because there is no hot water. And they offered us an exclusive replacement apartamant(which if we think loggicaly would be better than the original) when we accepted because we had to do we were in foreign coutnry they sent us a link which is not even an Booking apartament, when we arrived the get-in instructions were really bad and few times we needed to use roaming internet to contact owner and get new instructions, as expected apartament was a lot smaller than original apratament that we payed for with only one bed for two people and one couch. One blind was off and we didnt get heating instructions ether (heating was turning off sometimes). Owner even falsely accused us and is trying to charge us 100e for smoking inside which nobody did.

Everything was perfect :) Great location, clean apartment with all necessary facilities, it looks even better than on the pictures.

Spare towels can be readily made available in the house in case the ones that are supplied could get dirty or dropped on the floor

The location is amazing, all city attractions are within a walking distance and everything you need is close. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, perfectly clean and huge. Thank you for having us, it was our favorite apartment in Budapest by far!
