All! The apartment is renovated and all the furniture is new. The owners are extremely welcoming. We arrived at check-in very late and the owner met us to give us the keys and show us the apartment.

The only minus would be the lack of air conditioning, but at the end of June it would not have been needed. The apartment is located on the shady side and is quite cool.
