The property was filthy we left after one night, and moved to a different hotel. And I am still trying to get a full refund You have been warned!

the pool was pretty nice, but we missed facilities outside, which is the only selling point of the appartment since the inside is dark and lacks any good qualities or facilities. Outside there was no seating area, no parasoles against the sun, no wifi at the pool, it was less than the minimum required for a good stay.

The sound of the upstairs neighbours just walking sounds like an elephant walking around, even without them wearing shoes, its very noisy everywhere inside and the facilities are highly lacking.

The bed was comfy, the location is great. The studio is a nice size for two people for a short stay.

We booked this property purely based on the private pool. On seeing mentions of the pool being unclean in other reviews, I contacted the property to ask if the pool would be cleaned prior to my arrival. They assured me that it would. On arrival, we found the pool full of leaves, insects and algae, and the surrounding area was messy and unkempt. I contacted the managers of the apartment immediately and they said they would contact the owners (this was on a Saturday) they said they had to wait until Monday to get maintenance to clean the pool. I didn’t hear from them all of Monday and on Tuesday contacted them to say I was disappointed. They quickly issued a €90 refund (we paid €516 total) which was appreciated but didn’t cover the inconvenience and disappointment of not being able to use the pool, as the pool was the main reason we had booked. The entire bathroom area and hallway floods when you shower as the tray over fills. The floors were dirty and we couldn’t walk around barefoot. Edited to remove another star as I never received my refund and have contacted them multiple times.

The location of the property is very central, and the fact that it has a private pool is a major advantage, especially during the summer and spring seasons. Although I encountered some cleaning issues during my stay, and some of the items that were listed in the apartment's description were not available, the apartment itself is quite nice. Despite these issues, I would still consider returning to this apartment in the future, and I would recommend it to others as well. However, I do hope that the issues with cleaning and facilities are addressed and resolved in the future.

The apartment and the toilets have a high level of humidity and lack natural light due to the fact that it's situated in a basement. As a result, there's a strong musty odor that is unpleasant. The pool is quite small, and unfortunately, it was very dirty with green algae when I checked in, which was a letdown regarding the cleanliness of the apartment and also raised concerns about health risks. Additionally, there was no cleaning brush provided in the kitchen, and there was no information available about where to dispose of garbage, which became problematic after a few days. The soundproofing was also disappointing as I could hear the constant noise of the neighbors from the upper floor. Furthermore, the apartment description indicated an oven in the kitchen, which was not present.
