Es war wirklich sehr schön das Meer war sehr sauber die Mitarbeiter waren fast alle sehr lieb .. war sehr schön

Das 2 Animateuren sich nur um 2 weiber gekümmert haben und die anderen waren egal wenn wir was als Hotel unternommen haben und die mit dennen vor uns herumgemacht haben also das gehört sich nicht

Essen schlecht Schlechtes und unerfahrenes Personal Sauberkeit schlecht Unterhaltung schlecht

Swimming pools . Aqua park . Sea is near . Gardens and trees are nice . Free children slides .

there is one of Gozleme staff that make them . is surly and not smiling .. though gozleme is delecious but her attitude is bad .. No variety of food. After dinner meal (11:00) is too moderate . Room safe box is not free Location is too far from the airport

Die Anlage war nicht überbucht, dadurch hat man immer viel Platz gehabt. Taxis standen immer vor dem Hotel zur Verfügung. Unser Zimmer war in einen guten Zustand.

Leider waren die A-la-Carte Restaurants geschlossen und das Buffet wiederholte sich sehr häufig. Die Drinks (Kostenlos oder auch kostenpflichtig) waren eher mittelmäßig.

The pool and beach.

A cockroach in my room as soon as I arrived and checked in. No urgency of staff to sort this or check for more. They wouldn't clean the room till the next day. The food was basic and low low quality produce. Always the same for every meal. Breakfast was salad buffet and only fried eggs in the hot section. No bacon or sausages coooked on the grill. The cakes were tastelesss. All food was the cheapest type of meat or vegetable. The drinks were awful. No alcohol drinks available inside the hotel. You had to walk down to the pool or restaurant. There was always a huge line of of people waiting to get a drink. As only 1 member of staff. The drinks were cheap. No types of tea, only Turkish tea. The price is too expensive for what was on offer. It is not 5star. Only 3 and that is generous. Most areas of the hotel were dirty. Including my room. The towels were not changed. Only folded and put back in the bathroom. The glasses were not fresh only rinsed by the cleaner and put back. This is not acceptable.
