Club Nena - All Inclusive

Animacion program was nice,..

We been In this hotel few years ago, but this year was really disappointing!! Quality of drinks and food is terrible. Always everywhere waiting in line for everything. Hotel have young unexperienced workers, chaos everywhere. In RELAX Pool always many childs screaming all the time. If hotel want call in RELAX could at least this 1 place make +16 years old. Really not worth this money, plus people who been there by travel agency paid like HALF of price from booking. Really sad to see how this hotel changed to the worst.

Clean and friendly

Location is poor. When on an all inclusive holiday, a break in the evening to somewhere else is always required. Nena is a €50 taxi ride away from any nightlife

Not much, the pool was a good size and location to beach was great,

This is not a 5* property at all, no way near. The rooms are ok but dirty towels folded back into the bathroom, shower gel/shampoo never gets topped up. Food here is awful, all inclusive and the same stuff every night just slightly different, not 1 kebab in 12 nights!!!! If you do not turn up for dinner at 7 you won’t be getting anything half decent to eat. Drinks are awful too the cheapest red and white wine that taste awful. Entertainment at the pool is for over 18, so nothing for 14+, we paid a lot of money and we are not happy at all. Slides were ok but kids were getting marks on skin from using them so they didn’t go every day.

Staff very friendly,great atmosphere.

Poor coverage of surveillance camera, around the swimming pool in particular. its an add value that guests may feel secured somehow,in case of anything camera can be used. Safety box at the room is not free in addition hotel not responsible if any loss, this is just strange for 5*hotel.

All was amazing

The people working at the reception was very very bad Specially night shift, was very rude, angry, not helpful. I don’t know how 5 stars hotel with that reception. Internet also was very bad
