L’emplacement était idéal et l’appartement était confortable. Andrea est un hôte très attentionné et agréable, il est venu nous chercher à la gare et nous a ramené des serviettes propres à mi-séjour. Nous avons passé un très bon moment à Como.

Beautiful accomodation, right in the middle of everything.. spotlessly clean and had everything you need. Andrea went way over and beyond to help us. Andrea was a great host, we met us at the property and gave us all the details we needed for our stay. The location is perfect, very central for Como and everything was walking distance! This was perfect our stay here.

Location, it's nice to walk along the narrow streets, there are several restaurants, shop nearby, the railway station, lake is 10-12 minutes walk. The flat is well equipped, everything what you need in the kitchen, bathroom and everything is perfectly clean. Tiny, nice terrace.

If you accidentally sleep in the room facing the street, be prepared — it can be very noisy. First night was really noisy, the next one was quite okay. The inner rooms are quiet. Suggestion: Another set of keys would be useful sometimes ;)

Great location for Como town centre, perfect size for a family, nicely decorated with good facilities.

This was beautifully situated in the old town, within short walking distance to the lake, Duomo, shopping and restaurants. The property was absolutely spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and luxurious furniture and fittings. Truly relaxing home away from home. The host of the property Andrea, was warm and welcoming friendly and willing to go the extra mile. We had ice cold water waiting for us in the fridge and a lovely bottle of Prosecco. It was incredibly hot during our stay and the air-conditioning in the main bedroom and lounge area along with the fan in the smaller bedroom were enough to keep the apartment cool at all times. I would highly recommend staying here!

Great place in Como, location is super convenient to the center and parking. Andrea is a great host. He clearly likes what he does. The flat is roomy, well equipped and well maintained, super clean. AC is a big plus.
