Quiet and convenient for shops and walking to the beach. Off street parking is such a bonus, too. Hosts are very responsive and give you a lot of local information. Bright, airy and modern, a great place for a family, or a couple of friends getting together - Not as a party house!!! Felt like a real home from home. Well equipped kitchen. Everywhere was clean and well maintained.

I note serval people have mentioned the cooker! OMG, you need a masters degree to work it out, even with the instructions...A very simple step by step 'idiots' guide would sort that out. Other than that, it was a perfect weekend and a perfect stay. We'd book again!

Nice small apartment, close to Aldrington train station, few minutes by train into Brighton. Lots of bars & restaurants within walking distance of poets rest . Fair walk into Brighton but pleasant stroll along the sea front . Apartment is located in a quiet residential area ,parking was a bonus . Shop directly opposite the property . Hosts were friendly & informative. We would stay here again.

Beds a bit creaky & could hear people in upstairs apartment but that wouldn't put us off staying again as generally we weren't in the apartment for long ,just a shower & somewhere to sleep.
