HOUSE SAL Y MAR

C'était grand , propre , bien équipé et calme ( la chambre ne donne pas sur la rue) . Il y a des places de stationnement devant l'appartement ( en mars, elles étaient toujours libres) et un boîtier pour récupérer les clés. L'emplacement est vraiment parfait pour rayonner et Arrieta est une jolie petite ville au bord de l'océan qui dispose d'une jolie promenade pour marcher et se baigner . Si nous revenons à Lanzarote, nous choisirons à nouveau Arrieta pour séjourner sans aucun doute.

Concernant la terrasse toit, on a été déçu car elle existe mais elle n'est pas aménagée . Par contre, il y a un petit espace avec une table avant de monter à la terrasse toit et c'est un endroit très lumineux ...

Aus dem Küchenfenster kann man direkt aufs Meer Blicken. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist sehr gut. Minimarket und gute Restaurants sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Couch im Fernsehraum sehr bequem. Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern hat sehr gut funktioniert. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine.

Der Schlüsselcodekasten klemmt etwas. Im Bad waren an einigen Stellen Haare, die sicher nicht von mir stammten. Beim Putzen besteht also Verbesserungspotential.

Quiet nice view responsive host

Super Lage: Eher am Ortsrand, direkt am Wasser. Aus dem Küchenfenster schaut man aufs Meer. Ruhiges Schlafzimmer mit sehr guten Betten. Einrichtung und Ausstattung gefiel uns sehr gut. Hier kann man auch gut ein paar Tage mit schlechtem Wetter verbringen.

Casa Sal y Mar is a charming apartment, well equiped and clean. Incredible location by the ocean and with ample parking right in front of the door. Maria the host is great, the communication was smooth and perfect. Can't recommend it enough !

Location excellent, walking distance to restauants an beaches. Right by the sea.. Comfotable house layout. Plemty storage..

Charming house beautifully refurbished. Bed was very comfortable. Apartment had everything we needed for our holiday. The picnic table across from the house was a bonus. Several nights we sat on it watching the stars and listening to the waves. We also loved the proximity to arrietta and punta mujeries - two quiet authentic villages.

Nice location just by the sea in a fishing village, friendly host, seaside view from the kitchen, street parking was always available just in front of apartment, oil and salt in kitchen, rooftop, supermarket and restaurants accessible on foot.

In general everything was fine. As a couple we would be more comfortable with a double bed, but that could just be a personal preference, there are two large single beds put together.
