Actually everything was all right but one of the staffs was not friendly at all and even i requested for another room due to air conditioner not functioning well, she refused. Thank god, another staff named Pn Mariah was very kind and helpful and gave us another room and it was so nice! She patiently attended to all my questions and inquiries and super happy to deal things with her.

The service was not that great. When we said our initial room’s air conditioning was not functioning, one of the staffs straightly mentioned that we reset the remote control, which we didnt. And she just switched off and turned off and said no other rooms were available. So cannot change room. Luckily after, Pn Mariah ended up gave us another room which is much more comfortable.
