Earthy Escape - Warm Central Apartment with Balcony

Lokatie en erg snelle en nette reacties van de online klantenservice. Deze gaf aan het eind aan dat ze onze opmerkingen direct zouden gaan oppakken.

De lattenbodem van het bed was tekort waardoor je aan het voeteneind er doorheen zakt. Door overmacht was er geen warm water maar dat is netjes opgelost. De buren waren erg luidruchtig tot diep in de nacht. En de waterkoker stopte niet automatisch en bleef doorkoken.

Its is literally around the corner (6min walk) to old town! Perfect location. When you first come to the building it looks rough, but don’t worry it is not. Sofa bed was pretty comfy, shower was nice, had all coffee making machine and kettle.

Everything was great and perfect. Location is in the centar of town.

Great location near the downtown (Old City). Free and available parking in the courtyard. The host reacted promptly to address our complaint about the apartment facilities (the pillows, bedsheets and covers were quickly replaced with new ones). Also, the host allowed us to leave our car in the parking longer than the check-out; which we deeply thank him for!

There were leftovers in the fridge from the previous guests. We booked the apartment for 4 people to be accommodated in 2 rooms. The pillows, bed sheets and covers were not prepared and the ones available/stored in the wardrobe were in bad condition. The bed in the bedroom was broken. There was an awful smell of urine in the building courtyard (which of course, has nothing to do with the host and the apartment).
