"Lovely hotel and cafe but noise from supermarket below our room ruined our stay."

We had a balcony but any view (which would have been a beautiful park) was blocked by the roof of the supermarket below us. We were on the 1st floor and there was a lift. Cafe staff exceedingly friendly.

Being above a supermarket the noise at 9pm when they shut and from 7am of the shelves being stacked prevented our planned early night and woke us in the morning. We had deliberately chosen this area to stop after a long days riding on a motor trike through the heat of the day. We were told there was easy nearby parking which we were unable to access.
