We were in the Vana suite. Great location, great accommodation, close to everything you need. Would definitely stay again! As first timers to Santorini this was a great location to access the whole island. The owner was very helpful and accessible.

Tucked away behind a busy road, very quiet and peaceful. Great to watch the sun rise.

The openness of the shower area meant the bathroom floor got very wet.

Excellent sunrise views-an absolute bonus! Quiet location but still near the action. Private hot tub. Excellent host! Great boat trip and quad day. Great to have Netflix for chilled evenings in.

Bed was a tad hard but probably because we are used to a soft mattress.

Favourite accommodation in Santorini so far. Private hot tub and spacious rooms. Clean and also got some snacks on arrival! Would 100% come back!

Everything was perfect

Very convenient position for walking (approximately 5 minutes) to the restaurants,shops and bars in the centre of Fira and the same distance to the bus station. There is a well stocked minimarket shop 150 metres away and an excellent traditional taverna right next door that wasn't at all noisy. The suite we stayed in was the 'Vana', it was very functional and spotlessly clean on arrival. It had all the basic necessities, cleaning and new towels were offered pretty well on a daily basis.The WiFi worked well and was perfectly sufficient for us during our stay. Andrea the owner was very good with his communication via WhatsApp and also runs a taxi service if required. It seemed to us that he genuinely wanted his guests to be happy and have a fantastic stay. We had a small query (not an actual problem) regarding the hot tub, this was resolved within 10 minutes of me texting him. The hot tub was clean, of a good size and depth, didn't smell too chemically with the water being sufficiently warm and neither too hot or cold. The outside area is pleasant and private with good sea views out to the east. The accommodation is best suited for couples but wouldn't be the best choice for anyone with mobility issues due to the 15 or so steps down to the suites from road level. These however are well lit at night, kept clean and have a smooth but not slippery painted surface. Also being a split level accommodation there are 2 internal steps up from the entrance and bedroom level and be aware of the 18 inch unprotected drop between levels. We left our empty suitcases on the edge of this as a visual reminder. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in staying at the Tre Fiori again in the future.
