"Hassle"

Good for families.

We we’re not given the room that was described in booking.com. The location is not The Florence but Fort Victoria and they provided us two separate units. The first only had one bed and the remote of the aircon was not working, and the second was still occupied by other guests. We were only able to communicate with the staff through viber and there was no one to personally assist us in transferring to other units which was located in another tower.
