The Lodge - Studio Apartment's

Fabulous, peaceful location, 10 minute walk from the beautiful Cobo Bay, with it's very useful Morrisons. Easy bus journey on number 41 or 42 from St Peter Port. Very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Superb bathroom. For the price, it's amazing value and use of the pool is a welcome added bonus.

The wardrobe doors are so hard to open, because it drags so tightly against the carpet. It has obviously been like that for more than a year; as read in previous reviews, so I really hope that the owners deal with this for future guests. There are no instructions for the oven, and it took us a while to work out how to use it. Hopefully, some instructions will be available soon.

Attention si votre traversée par ferry est annulée pour cause de mauvais temps, aucune remise de prix possible avec le propriétaire ! Nous avons donc payé 1 nuit pour le prix de 2. Au moment de récupérer nos affaires , coup de stress. Le code de la porte avait été changé alors que notre location était encore en cours. Heureusement, le propriétaire a pu être joint et a débloqué la serrure à distance. Attention aussi à penser à emporter un adaptateur electrique. Nous avions lu qu'il y avait les deux sortes de prises à Guernesey mais là non. Nous l'avons remarqué trop tard, plus de magasin ouvert. Le propriétaire n'a pas voulu nous dépanner, dommage.

Very clean. Lots of parking available. Good facilities in the room. Clear instructions re room access.

Spacious apartment with very comfortable beds and soft sheets. Good communication from the host. Apartment was clean and homely. Very peaceful and quiet.

Location was fine for us as we had a car and it is a small island but some may find it a little remote

Good location and great to be able to use hotel facilities . Fully equipped apartment with everything you needed for your stay. Useful towels,toiletries and cleaning equipment available.

Nothing really. Only advisories. Would be useful to have floor squeegee for wet room to use after shower as floor stays wet for a while and instructions on how to use TV in manuel as took us a while and few messages to owners to sort out.
