In short, everything was perfect (Kitchen+Comfort+Bed+Beach+Mall nearby). Special thanks to Mr. Domenico for the special hospitality and the gift for the children.

There wasn't a factor we didn't like, everything was really fine.

"Relaxing"

"perfect apartment for out short stay in Pescara"

beautiful apartment fitted to very high specification and private parking. Breakfast is provided at cafe round the corner who do amazing range of croissants etc. would highly reconnect. Dominic communicated brilliantly and made our stay very welcoming and enjoyable

The property was very clean, comfortable and the host was very nice and helpful. the mattresses were of good quality and supportive. The property is in a quiet location with easy access to the beach and beach boulevard.

"Relaxed and pleasant - great value with very friendly hosts!"

The apartment is very modern and has all the necessary facilities - shower, bidet, coffee maker, refrigerator, and air conditioning. The flat was very clean and pleasant. Our hosts met us in the evening for check in and showed us everything. We received breakfast vouchers for the nearby street cafe and the cafe on the beach. We tested both on different days, and each had great coffee and croissants 🙂 The place itself is only a 5 min walk from the beach, where our hosts were very kind to arrange an umbrella and lounge chairs for us. The beach is very clean, and the water is very pleasant to swim in. The beach cafe serves great mini-pizzas, fresh fruit, and drinks. It’s possible to spend an entire day comfortably lounging on the beach 🙂

The apartment is on the ground floor with windows going out onto a backyard where residents’ garages are located. There were quite a few people cruising around during our stay, so we kept the blinds shut most of the time. It wasn’t a big issue for us though.
