Appartamento 14

I recently stayed at Apartamento 14 and had a mixed experience. Here are some of the key points from my stay: **Location:** The accommodation is a 20-minute drive from the city center. The road to get there is quite curvy, which might be a concern for those who are not comfortable with such routes. **Surroundings:** One of the major downsides was the immediate surroundings of the building. Unfortunately, there were no photos provided of this area, which I found to be quite unattractive. There were several broken old cars parked in front, which detracted from the overall ambiance. It looked like we came to some old warehouse. **Interior:** The apartment itself had a Gothic style, which, while unique, was a bit too dark and slightly intimidating for my taste. Some might appreciate this aesthetic, but it wasn't to my personal liking. Overall, while the accommodation had some unique aspects, there are areas that could definitely be improved. Future guests might appreciate more transparency in the listing photos, including shots of the surroundings. If you enjoy a Gothic aesthetic and don't mind a bit of a drive, this might be a place for you. However, it didn't quite meet my expectations.

The property was dirty, poor internet, and the owner wanted to extort money because the tourist tax in the reservation was 12 euros , after contacting us via WhatsApp the owner informed us of a higher rate (36 euros) than it was on the reservation, when she did not get the money she accused us of stealing the oven slide which cost 23 euros which was to give a total of how much she wanted to increase the tax, I do not recommend unless you want to have a stressful trip in addition, the property was very cold and we could not turn on the heat

Beautiful house, cozy, with anything you might need. Great experience, nearby there's a lovely restaurant to have breakfast or Lunch (for the views) The hosts were simply AMAZING. They were lovely, kind and incredibly helpful

It's far from Bellagio center so make sure to get a car

The location was just what we wished for. Away from the hustle of the town yet reachable with no traffic in 20 minutes max. The apartment is very charming and cozy. We spent a lot of time indoors with our two daughters and they loved it too. Special mention to Eleonora here. Though we did not see here face to face even once, everything was so well organised. She was very easily reachable at all times via WhatsApp. She even recommended us a couple of things for our kids which we could not have found otherwise. The apartment is equipped with all the amenities you wish for and we had no issues during our four days of stay. Parking was never an issue. Would surely love to visit this place and stay here again.

There is absolutely NOTHING to complain about here. One thing I would just like to mention here is that the Wifi can be a hit and miss sometimes. This is clearly mentioned on a note in the apartment, but since we had to spend a lot of time indoor due to bad weather, we actually ended up noticing the “not-so-good” internet connection. On normal days something like this can be very easily ignored.
