A very well appointed apartment. Full facilities. Parking. Convenient base for drivers exploring Tromso area.

Small bedroom means access to the bed is from only one side or the end of the bed Close to a major road - but convenient and no noise came in.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It's perfect for a couple. It is an extension of a bigger property but completely separated and independent. It was very cozy and there was enough space for 2 or 3 people. There was a nice kitchen, good bathroom and a parking spot. We liked the location because it was in a quiet and nice neighborhood and you can get to town via a 10min bus or 20min walk. The views to the town were incredible.

Just have in consideration that there isn't coffee shops / supermarket around the house or walking distance (just a gas station).

This place beats staying in a hotel. Host is super amiable/helpful and seems he frequently offers a ride to the airport for guests if you need it (we already had a rental car). The apartment is super clean and has great amenities. It's very comfortable. If you get a hotel downtown, you may struggle with parking options. Thankfully this place has on-site parking so you don't need to worry about this logistic. The bed is super comfortable and has lots of great pillows/bed sheets. It also has a washing machine included if you want to do laundry. Joakim is very responsive and reliable too. I would happily stay here again if coming back to Tromso. Not to mention you have a fantastic view of the city.

When there is snow/ice, coming down from the car parking to the door is a bit risky with the risk of slipping/falling. Though there is certainly no obligation, it would be nice if someone could clear a very small path with a snow shovel to mitigate the risk of slipping/falling. Was a little confusing to use the microwave due to the electric switch being on the other side of the kitchen, though Joakim was extremely responsive when we called him and immedately walked over from next door to address it.

Beautiful interior and exterior, good location with friendly neighbours. It was cozy and clean.

The apartment had everything you may need, the view was gorgeous. Joakim was very welcoming and gracious.
