La ubicación, ventilador, iluminación, lo demás normal

El acceso al edificio, a los que llegamos del extranjero, se nos dificulta, pues tenemos problemas con la conectividad a internet. Y luego la cerradura del portal , o la llave, andan un poco defectuosas. Llegamos tarde y le escribí al dueño o arrendador para ver si me otorgaba un "late checkout" de al menos una hora, pero nunca respondió. Entiendo las reglas, pero no la falta de cortesía y amabilidad.
