Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Größe der Wohnung ist angenehm. Tiefgarage ist praktisch. Und Blick ist sehr schön.

Spülmaschine müsste mal erneuert werden. Sauberkeit könnte etwas gründlicher sein. Es sind jedoch zu viele Ecken und es steht zu viel rum, damit es gründlich sauber gehalten werden kann. Des Weiteren gehen wohl manche Gäste nicht sorgsam mit der Küchenausstattung um, und reinigen das benutzte nicht wieder gründlich. Es können leider kaum noch TV-Sender (Schlafzimmer) empfangen werden, da das Gerät nicht HD unterstützt ist.
