Great space, lovely stay for my hen do

Location was good

Booked a large apartment for a mixed group of adults and children (not all related) for the day of the liverpool trophy parade. They changed my booking to a different room without informing me and instead of an apartment we were given one tiny room with single bunks and a sofa bed. Completely unacceptable for our group. Also the 'security person' was sat on a chair right outside our room late at night, he was playing clips and videos on his phone that were so loud that it was keeping the children awake and I had to ask him to turn off his phone or put earphones in, whichever didn't seem to appreciate. There was no shower gel or soap provided either. All in all a terrible stay.

Rooms perfect ,clean everything you need and close to night life

Great location and easily big enough for our group

2 toilets and 1 shower was little tricky for 14 people, plus downstairs was like a sauna with very little ventilation

It was spacious and clean and perfect for what we needed with a good location

It had four double bunk beds which is fine but in the pictures there was singles etc which is one of the reasons why we booked it so we didn’t have to share
