Please be aware when booking this place it has been described wrongly to begin with in its description it didn’t have 2 bathrooms it has one ensuite type of bathroom that was very claustrophobic but then the second one was even worse it was literally a side enclosed box with a toilet and mini sink on the top which was full of dust. Furthermore the place didn’t have working heating or hot water on a weekend in October and we had froze the place in the loft where the sleeping arrangement was a sort of loft conversion was stinking of damp and jus not clean and sufficient not enough room to even stand up straight we were causing ourselves injuries whilst in the place with a blue light system and big over head beams… the owner had been contacted several times and ignored us with regards to the heating and hot water and gave a simple apology the following morning at check out which was not good enough no attempt to give any partial refund please done book!!!

It was clean and modern

We went in/out in the afternoon and then went out in the night. When we arrived back early hours in the morning the code for the bedroom wouldn’t work. We tried the number we were provide by the property and it was switched off. Then tried number off website and that was turned off. Booking.com couldn’t help either as all they had was the same 2 numbers. So we spent 4 hours sat on the staircase. I would hate to think if there was an emergency how would you contact someone. It is very irresponsible and so no concerns for the safety of guests.

lovely staff, perfect for what we needed, plenty of beds, supplied fans and a surround sound speaker. Plenty of towels and blankets

Comfy beds and nice little area by the kitchen to gather and speakers were very good

Stains on mattresses and was hole in the wall by front door when I first entered and one of the bed panels was broken

All.in all a very good apartment

Shower wasn't very hot..

Beds are very comfy and the towels were fresh. Keyless entry is a great idea and the staff were very friendly
