Stunning 4-Bedroom, 2 Bathrooms in Sunderland

Spotlessly clean house, clear instructions and regular communication from the team. Especially helpful with some technical issues I had with the guest portal which they solved swiftly without any problem. Great central location for visiting city centre on foot and even though the house is on a busy main rd, it was peaceful and quiet inside.

Parking was a slight challenge but managed to get space on the sidestreet, as suggested when we booked, and the location was perfect for where we wanted to go on foot anyway.

De communicatie met de host was super. Het huis biedt veel ruimte voor een grote groep. Het centrum van Sunderland is op loopafstand en in de buurt is er een supermarkt.

Geen minpunten op te noemen. Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een weekendje Sunderland.

We did not get to stay but I’m giving it very poor review. Why? Because I booked the property sometime in November, we were supposed to stay for 4 nights in January for my niece’ wedding. We travelled More than 5hours to get to Sunderland. When we got there I called to get info on how to get the key to the property. The woman who answered hesitated so I said do you want my booking confirmation and gave her my name. She said yes I got your name here. I get back to you in 5minutes. I waited for 10 min and nobody rang back. I called their number again to tell me that they have To cancel my booking as there is a problem with the boiler in the property!!! We travelled more than 5 hours only to be told that they will cancel my booking!!! I booked the property a couple of months prior!!! Why haven’t they made sure that the property would be ready for the occupant on the date agreed? And they did not even offer or made an effort to find an alternative for us!!! Disgusting!

Exceptional clean and bright property, plenty of room for everyone and had all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay, good location with easy access to major cities and local amenities,clear and easy instructions to access the property

Only issues were no off street parking, no Internet and downstairs bathroom lights not working and pressure low on the hot water of the shower, also outside bins were full and overflowing,

The house is spacious, lovely and warm Great location. No parking but plenty of spaces on the side street.

Really nothing not too like. Could do with more kitchen utensils like cups,cutlery and dishes if in a big group

Love this house we was amazed how big this house was and well finished big comfy beds it was home away from home

Had to wait for deposit back which was about 4 weeks after we stayed
