"Great fun, well equipped, really roomy with hotel quality beds!"

The beds were amazing, hotel quality and massive - really comfy pillows and lovely and big. Decor was lovely, bathrooms new, shiny and immaculate. Kitchen diner was well equipped and great from a group. Outdoor area got lots of sun and all round a great place for a group.

The front looked grubby - like a hostel, our hearts sank when we arrived but we were really relieved when we got inside and it was a bit out of the way but Ubers are plentiful . Garden could do with some flowers or plants as it was a bit bare.

The property was a lovely size for a big group of people. Ever so clean with superb comfy beds and a great garden area.

Not much really…but if I could give some feedback on the kitchen utensils. The frying pans and oven trays really need replacing… handles very loose… non stick completely gone… food sticking during cooking.

"Great place to stay"

Quiet location with parking

There is a screw sticking out at bottom of single bed in small bedroom which my grandson caught his knee on & caused a puncture wound. It needs repairing

Decent sized bedrooms, kitchen and dining space. Location okay too

No coat hooks in hall. No towel hooks in bathrooms. No hand towels in toilet areas . Minimal cutlery. Not enough large pans provided on arrival. (Some additional plans were delivered upon request). Lounge too small and insufficient seats for all..

"Comfortable stay in good location, lacking a few facilities."

Good open plan kitchen diner layout, enclosed grounds and parking. Useful to have washing and drying machines available too.

Facilities could be improved. No coffee press, toaster doesn’t work, no sieve, water jug. Only one TV, no entertainment in the annex. Understand the joinable single beds adds to versatility but joined as a double are not comfortable.

Spacious clean beds and open kitchen diner was great for friends gatherings - great clean facility

Could do with places to put things in the bedrooms outside in the garden and hooks on doors…also utensils and plates and cups were a little dirty but we washed up!
