Uvongo Breeze 9

Upon entering, you're immediately met with that "beach cottage" vibe. The decor was a lovely mix between typical blues and whites, with the kitchen following a more traditional African-feel. It is so spacious and the patio with double doors for both inside and outside sitting is an exceptional touch to the place. 180 degree sea view - what more could you ask for?! It was so lovely to enjoy coffee and rusks on the patio every morning. The rooms were neat and the bedding nice and clean, with bath towels provided. The water temperature and pressure was superb, every shower felt like a dream after a long day on the beach! Everyone slept so nice in their beds, very comfortable! The rooms also have an abundance of closet space, which is so nice - you don't have to wonder where you're going to put all your things. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, with enough of everything that you can utilize the dishwasher. The area was also nice and quiet and very secure so we could enjoy a peaceful and serene stay. We miss it already! We'll definitely recommend this place and return again ourselves for some more beautiful memories!

We had to collect the keys from the Engen garage upon arrival, and the man that was supposed to help us, was EXTREMELY rude (upon arrival and with check out) - absolutely NO manners and not an inch of friendliness. I would really recommend the letting office either stay open a bit later (for arrivals) or install a drop box at their office (for departures), OR find another place guests can collect keys from, where the people are friendlier, so that guests don't have to deal with such rudeness. It is honestly a shame when you travel far and you're greeted with such utter disrespect, and I don't think that is an image that a pristine place such as yourselves would want to be associated with. Also just have a look at the shower in the main bedroom, the seal of the shower door does not seem to be closing well anymore, and the drying rack is broken due to extreme rusting. Other than that, YOU have an amazing holiday place and we enjoyed every moment of our stay!

Lovely location and was very cosy and comfortable

The unit was not cleaned nicely. Filter coffee still in the plunger, microwave was filthy and the floors were dirty. Our feet were black after walking barefoot in the unit

We just want to thank you for an amazing stay!!! We enjoyed it very much and was sad to leave , we would MOST DEFINITELY visit again. Me and my husband want to know if you guys are maybe in the market for a flat at Uvongo or maybe know of someone who can help , cause we are looking to relocate. We enjoyed ourselves to the fullest. Having to leave ..

Location is awesome. Everything you needed was provided for. Issue with remote control was sorted out within a few minutes. Excellent service.

There were no issues. Liked everything.
