APTO Exelsior, Yumbo, Dunas y Playa

The host, Ms. Eka is a nice lady, she is friendly and helpful. Informed check in procedure in advance. The location is very good, in front the building, there are several restaurants, next door there is a supermarket. Cita Shopping Center is nearby, there are two supermarkets & some restaurants. Bus stop is a short walk, one can take Bus 66 or 90 to airport. Walk about 10 minutes to Maspalomas dune, where is the start point of trail to the beach. Apartment provides basic conditions for guests.

Sometimes Wifi was not stable, the area of bath room is small, & guest must call host to meet to get the keys.

Overall smooth and great experience. Host communicates well, the location is perfect if you go from the airport by bus as the stop is 1 minute away. Also, property is located 10 minutes from the dunes. I prefer to stay in places with kitchen and this was perfect for me. Highly recommend!

Super clean Super friendly staff (Eka!) Great location

Small Air con only works for 1h then you have to get up to restart it. Yet you cannot leave the window open as it's noisy outside. Paper thin walls

Unfortunately I searched for parking as part of my request Parking was on the street if and when you could get a spot which is frustrating when you have mobility issues.

It was a late check in but with no problems ! It’s a nice apartment ( studio ) with all you need and all new ! It’s near everything ! Bus it’s 1 minute away ! Shops very near , restaurants as well ! The dunes are 5 min away ! Bathroom it’s fine , kitchen as well ! Really enjoyed my stay ! Thank you ! I don’t understand how the people they note that property so bad ! ?! I didn’t hear any noise from outside and this is a good point as well I think .
