Benipark Deluxe 33-A Poniente Beach

The location and view was outstanding! The apartment was beautifully decorated, spacious and modern. Kitchen was well equipped however a wine bottle opener would have been useful. There was one beach chair, however it would have been better if at least 2 were available as although the pool is lovely it doesn't have any beds or seats which is not ideal for guests. ( I appreciate this is mainly residential but would be a nice touch if provided by the hosts)

The beds in the ensuite bedroom were very noisy and squeaked at the slightest movement, poor quality bed frames however the other room was fine but both rooms were occupied. The air-conditioning in the bedrooms does not work, and very warm throughout the night! The main bedroom unit was very noisy. Issues were reported however the beds situation was ignored even after video provided. The air con had apparently been fixed however no improvement. Communication was poor as stated maintenance spoke to.us with Instructions but that was not the case. Perhaps a welcome booklet with information would benefit future guests as its not clear. We didn't know where the pool was but we asked some other residents.

The apartment was in an excellent location. It was bright and fresh and smelt nice on arrival. The view from the front of the apartment was amazing. The kitchen and seating areas were very good.

On arrival, we were given the incorrect code to collect the keys from the lock box. After trying to open it for a couple of minutes, we rang the number provided. After some discussion and a call back, they realised they had given us the incorrect code and provided us with the correct code, so we were able to collect the keys. The beds were terrible in one of the rooms. They were so squeaky, we were unable to sleep on them. I messaged and asked if there was any chance the bases could be replaced but we didn't receive a reply until half way through our holiday. By that time we had removed the mattresses from the base to enable us to sleep without the beds constantly squeaking every time we moved. The beds in the second bedroom were fine. Although the apartment was clean, the floors were not vacuumed very well and were quite sandy. I had to sweep them on arrival, I have attached a photo. The toilet seat was lose which I reported but again never heard back until half way through the holdiay, so my husband fixed it. Also the shower hose slipped down as the rubber had come off. Again, reported.

The apartment was lovely no complaints at all . It was very modern and clean and great value for money! The only down side was they didn’t offer a late check out even though it wasn’t anyone due in it on the day of departure, we had a late flight so ended up paying for an extra night just so we could keep it on for a few hours

View , spacious, clean , chairs for beach a godsend

Only 1 towel and small towel each , no change of towels during stay.

Colleagues at BenidormBooking, the service is awful. When we arrived we got 2 set of keys, but only one of them had a chip key which was essential to get into the building. So basically we could use only one key. We were told that there is a garage, but we can't have the opener, because (insert reasons here), but they will call us when they have it. It was a hassle to get that. Later in the evening it turned out that this chip key opens NOTHING. TLDR: After 2 hrs waiting in pouring rain, I got a totally different remote control for the garage door, and got trapped as chip key opened NOTHING and the elevator took me to a floor which was not accessible, the police had to set me free. The whole parking ordeal took more than 3 hrs in the evening. Upon arrival we were told we should put our keys into a letterbox at the office's entrance if we check out early in the morning. Before check out we were told in text to leave the keys in the apartment in. Not sure everything is supposed to be an investigation, little more info doesn't hurt no one, give proper instructions! Like the garbage room is the inner garden, but can be used only between 9am-8pm. If you copy a chip key, please check that it really opens what you intend, you can totally ruin someone's day.

Great location and good size.

Minimal toilet paper for 4 day hire(2 small rolls for 2 toilets) and no soaps or cleaning detergents etc. Had to immediately go to super market. Air conditioning in bedroom broke down on second day. Beds were glorified camp stretchers.
